When it came to professional Road Racing, as a cyclist, he was the best, hands down. Nobody could beat him!
Lance Armstrong won the Tour De France seven straight times.
He was also a cancer survivor and the founder of the Live Strong foundation, providing support for other cancer patients.
But his skills and philanthropic work could not save him or his reputation when he was caught up in an investigation of doping allegations.
He was eventually banned for life from competition and was stripped of those seven Tour de France titles.
